I had a relaxing back massage after suffering with pain down one side of my arm and tightness in my upper back. This has all disappeared now and what a relief. Nichola's room is beautiful and relaxing, the atmosphere is calming and the oils smelt lovely. I even had a taste of reiki which was fantastic. I will definately be returning again soon.
